Staton Heating, Cooling & Plumbing

I had a dripping faucet and called W.L. Staton. They were quick to respond. It needed a new cartridge. Initially the rep gave me a price over $500 then acted like he was doing me a favor and gave a 10% discount and brought it down to $479. I was in a bind and needed to get the job done so I authorized it. He was in and out within an hour. The cartridge costs $30 at Home Depot so that means the hourly rate to install it was roughly $440/Hr for labor and service charge. Talk about gouging your customers! Also the the work lacked quality. The rep was about to leave with the faucet handle was very loose. I got him to fix that before I paid him. After he left I realized he did not turn my water main back on. I certainly can't recommend this company.

These folks will be my go-to plumbers from here on. I called ANGI because it seemed easy and reliable. ANGI dropped the ball so many times! So I was skeptical when Staton cacti ally came without cancelling appointment after appointment. W Staton seemed to really get it that a plumbing emergency is in fact a plumbing emergency!

Competitively priced against 3 other contractor companies. From initial contact, was at home to inspect issue within hour. Once accepted proposal, came on time, set expectations, and completed work including Ms. Utility and WSSC inspection. Had to clear branches and roots, clearing all debris when job was completed. Excellent service!

Fast and affordable!!

We've had W.L. Staton work on several plumbing projects. Most recently Matt came out to replace a supply valve and cap a line. The techs are professional, experienced and courteous. They show up on time, do good work and clean up behind themselves. I called to get an estimate for another job. They won't do that. You have to pay $39 for a tech to show up. Then they give you an estimate. If you use them they waive the fee. We paid the $39 and got an estimate, which was extremely high. Found another local plumbing company with the same customer service and high quality work at a much more reasonable price.
