These guys are young and very pleasant. Communicated very well as to when they would be there to do the project. They do not work a 5-day week whether due to dental appointments or going to the beach. I can deal with that but what I cannot deal with is being lied to. They left for the beach and upon looking over the job, I immediately contacted them to tell them that one of the tiles they had put down was broken right at the front entrance, that the door they had put up would not even latch (the backside of the door facing did not even fit) I sent pictures of the tile and the door and they were to fix it as soon as they got back from vacation. We subsequently found that the sink leaked and we have put buckets in to catch the water. There is no finish work from the wall to the tile like baseboard or quarter round. Some of the parts are not even cut to fit, there is no putty to cover the nail holes the framing nor painted to finish out. We gave them the benefit of the doubt because they said they would come back and fix it. They were supposed to be there on Tuesday after vacation but were a no-show. They will not answer our texts or phone calls and this is what I have no tolerance for. They basically lied because they said they would come back and fix the bathroom project and did not. Still to this day 3 days after the Tuesday no show, they will not contact us or do the right thing.

Nick from TN remodeling did great work and the price was really good. I would recommend him for all your tile work or flooring. He was courteous and very helpful for all my projects. Excellent company. Was very meticulous with his work.

Nick was awesome. Was really a big help. We re getting him to come back and do a patio cover for us.
