They arrived minutes before the scheduled time and due to my septic tank being too big and deep they had to come the following day, this time two persons, and again arrived before the scheduled time and the job was completed. 12/06/19 We have had our septic tank pumped out three different times including this time since we bought our house. The first two times were bad expeiences for me and my wife, so we were not anxious to have it pumped again. But this time was different. The gentleman arrived right on the scheduled time. He was so polite and professional and knowedgeable. The first two times the people didn't even pull off the correct lids to properly clean the exit line from the house, or the tank. He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it. When he was finished the tank was all covered up and the yard was smoothed out. I was so happy with his work that I gave him a $20 dollar tip. One of the first two companies left the dirt piled up and I had to cover the tank lid and smooth out the lawn myself. I don't know about you but I don't like working outside in the Miami sun. Don't hesitate to hire WM Plumbing... You'll be glad you did! Yes, I am a retired school teacher and a real customer.
