Very responsive to phone calls/emails. Kept in touch very well. Very prompt to assist with a minor problem after the job was completed. Quite helpful in keeping costs at a minimum. The room looks great! We will call Bill for future remodeling! Highly recommend. Trustworthy! Thorough!
