Installer texted me when he would arrive and he arrived at the time specified, He offered a number of install options to complete the project. He was polite and professional. His rates are reasonable and we are very happy with the project experience. We would hire him again.

Typically I do not write reviews, but this experience was absolutely worth sharing for the benefit of others looking for Home Tech Expertise in the greater Lansing area. When I submitted a request for a quote, I immediately got a call from Jeff who was very kind, easy to talk to, and professional. We set an appointment for him and his partner William to come mount and install 4 TVâ s all of pretty substantial size. I could tell within the first 10 minutes how much pride these guys take in their work, and I knew I could trust them and differ to their judgement when it came to placement, and concealing wires and cords. Both Will and Jeff were great to work with. The quality and speed of their work was remarkable. It meant a lot to me that Jeff was the one who I spoke to on the phone about the job, and he and Will were the people who actually came to the house to install the TVâ s because they are the only two members of their company. We have already asked Will and Jeff to come back to assist us with a home theatre set up in a few rooms amongst other work. If you need it done, these guys can do it. Great value with a personal touch. - Mark
