Josà is a real pro, and hires efficient, reliable, conscientious and polite workers. The job was done quickly, at a reasonable rate, and with attention to the care of my property. I was in a pinch when I needed to move unexpectedly, and could easily have been taken advantage of by someone who preyed on my urgency. Jose was prompt to reply to my request and met me at the house that I have been remodeling to see the cleaning that I was looking to get done. I explained that since the wood floors were refinished and drywall sanded there was dust everywhere. On the plus side the 2 family house was vacant. Jose was able to come the next day at 9:00. By 9:15 he had not arrived so I had to call him to find out that he would be another 10 minutes before arriving. I was expecting at least 2 adults, but the only other person to work was a pre-teen probably home on spring break. I gave Jose a check for the agreed upon price and left to go to work. Jose did use a *green* cleaning product as I requested. However, when I came back to inspect his work later I discovered the kitchen cabinets were not touched, both ceiling fans were still covered in dust and the recently sanded/repaired drywall was untouched. I can forgive a few missed areas, like behind a door and I was not expecting sparkling clean, but when I mentioned this to Jose, he admitted he *missed some areas* and made no attempt to resolve my complaint or compensate me in any way. In addition to all this it took 5 days to get a receipt from him.
