"Mr. Shirazi, owner and proprietor of Westlake Limousine, I have to admit that I have a hard time understanding why you feel this way. All of the funds that we had received were devoted to your project. I think it may have something to do with the fact that you were not able to fully finance the project and you thought that I would cover the difference. As a matter of record, all of your project funds were refunded to you other than what had already been paid to subcontractors for work performed on your project. $5,000 additional dollars of my money was paid on your behalf to settle our difference of opinion. I understand that you are frustrated that you were not able to fund your project properly, and that the bonding company also found that you had not been damaged. That said, the key difference between the way that you and I conduct business is that I would never give myself a 5 star review on any site.
