Mike and Wes were prompt and efficient. They removed an old system and new installation of an evaporative cooler, including hauling away the old cooler. Pricing was excellent and reasonable. Mike also helped with information regarding an Xcel rebate. My husband and I are pleased with the work.

Installed a new swamp cooler. Same make and model as the old one. Inspecting the installation weeks later found that the back flashing coming through the roof was left bent out and banged up and away from the cooler. Had to get it fixed and sealed to keep blowing rain and snow out.

They will take care of their customer.

I had a problem with my furnace and found WOW on Angie's List. They immediately called me and we set up a time. Jeff arrived on time and introduced himself. We discussed the symptoms and he went to work. Jeff is very honest and I had the immediate feeling that he would find the problem and be honest about what he found. i was correct. The problem was not as bad as I had imagined. Jeff replaced the bad capacitor on the fan motor. I had him service my furnace while he was there. Honesty is the trait that stands out about my experience with WOW. I'm usually suspicious about repair work to cars or other appliances but that was not the case this time. I will call WOW with any future issues i might have with my furnace or air conditioning.

They were very understanding and compassionate. They worked with me on repairs when I was 5 hours away. I entirely trusted their service.

Installed a new pump on our swamp cooler. They arrived on time for a 9am appointment that we had scheduled just the night before. Install was quick and it came in right at the quoted price. I only wish the service fee was less expensive or could be applied to any work agreed upon. I’d use WOW again.

They were very thorough in their diagnosis of our air conditioning issues. They kept us informed of our options every step of the process and took time to answer all of pur questions. A great company to work with!

We were charged $210 for the service call and to install a ground wire, but this made no difference for the problem we are having with our A/C compressor unit (periodically tripping the circuit breaker).

Mikes demeanor is extremely polite, friendly, and professional, he started my cooler last year and suggested I needed a belt and float. Id purchased a belt the previous year but it was hot, he was on my roof and called my cell to tell me this, and I just wanted my cooler started so I paid for both. After he left I took the belt and the float from my trash to discover my belt in great condition except for where Mike sliced through it and the float not corroded like he stated just some build up on the brass fittings, a little vinegar and brand new, I took pictures that day and I still have the belt and float. I decided not to give WOW a bad rating, I said to myself I just wont use them again. I used another company to shut my cooler down last year and his name just happened to be Mike too. When I received a text for a startup for 2019, I set a date with who I thought was the new Mike, imagine my surprise when the WOW Mike showed up. I dont have a lot of money and I would have to pay for him showing up so against my better judgment I allowed WOW Mike to startup my cooler again. He was sooo nice, even gave me back $5 for paying in cash, we talked, and he even recommended a sprinkler guy. This was May 2019 and we all know how cool it was this year, raining, hailing, cooler than normal. I didnt use my cooler till the last day in June, it was not cooling. July 1st I contacted Mike via text to let him know. He said make sure the water is on so I went to the back and noticed the connection leaking a bit but didnt think it was a big deal, took pictures of how he left it and sent them to him, then turned on the faucet to show him water was coming out of the faucet. He said sounds like the pump, I said didnt you check it at startup. He said yes and it was working, then he asked if I wanted to make an appointment. I told him this was my first time using the cooler since the startup and I can hear the pump turn on, and he should come back asap to make sure he did everything because he cant diagnose the problem over the phone. He just asked again if I wanted to make an appointment. I said no, because I should not have to pay for him to come back and do what he should have done the first time. I told him if I find out its not the pump I would like a refund for the startup. I finally got another guy to come out after being hot for a few weeks because everyone was busy. I was told that the float on my cooler was the cheapest you could buy and the one Mike took off was 10 X better, he also saw a practically brand new belt that was sliced with a knife, said he was sorry that happen to me. He found the cooler wasnt cooling because the attached shut off valve at the outdoor faucet was stuck in an off position even though it looked to be on, so no water could have gone to the cooler pads even when Mike first stared it up. I texted a picture of the faulty shutoff valve and receipt to Mike showing the problem and asked for my money back but he never got back to me, he just ignored the text. BTW the sprinkler guy he recommended came out and deliberately broke a head in the back yard and deliberately ran over a head in the front which was caught on caught on camera, I sent him a clip then he showed up to my house unannounced trying to apologize, I told him to go away. I have all my receipts, text, photos, and footage and can prove everything I just said, all I asked for is my money returned, because you know your WRONG! That polite, friendly, professional demeanor is nothing but a front. STOP TRYING TO CHEAT WOMEN BECAUSE YOU THINK THEY DONT KNOW NOTHING ABOUT NOTHING. WITH YOUTUBE and SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS YOU WILL ALWAYS GET CAUGHT! RETURN MY MONEY NOW!!!!

Micheal & Jeff were very punctual for the appointments to service my swamp cooler. Since I've never had a swamp cooler before, I knew almost nothing about how they work - both Micheal & Jeff took the time to answer my questions and to make helpful suggestions. They are both pleasant to work with and are very competent in their work - I would highly recommend WOW Heating & Air to anyone else needing quick, very competent evaluation & service for a swamp cooler. I plan to upgrade my old swamp cooler (about 30 years old) to a new high efficiency, high-quality unit later this year and WOW is the first and only cooling company I'll be calling!

My experience was unfavorable and disappointed. Over the phone I specifically asked about fee estimates and explained that this was a duplex rental property . He said, (Michael) said no charge for diagnosing the problem. The next day, at the end of his time and evaluation service, he said I owed him $125.00 for his time. I could not believe his changed attitude and dishonesty. I questioned him that the night before over the phone I asked if there would be a service fee. He response was no and the the estimate was free. At that point, I hesitantly ask if he took credit cards and his reply was yes with a 4 % charge added on. I paid him with a personal check. I was very disappointed with the dishonest practice of the WOW Heating & Air LLC

Was hired to clean my HVAC. I asked about the ac not performing correctly on the initial call. Owner stated he would have his guy take a look but assured me it wouldn t cost any more because it was an hourly rate. Tec showed up and didn t clean the HVAC. Reset a connection and then charged us $41 more than the quote I was given. I reached out to the owner he said that there was a miscommunication but my HVAC didn t really need to be cleaned anyway ( it really really did!) and that he would refund the 41$ because he misquoted me. We rescheduled a time for the following week to clean the HVAC, tec was a no call no show. I had to reach out twice, hours after he was supposed to be there, finally got a call back stating we would have to reschedule again. I requested before and after pics of the work because of the issues we were having, they Ignored the request. The only way I know they showed up was the mess they left. Contacted the owner days later and asked about the refund he promised me, his response was my wife will send a check on Friday I was horrified at the customer service here.

The techs who provided our AC repairs were very accommodating and thorough in their research and review of our AC difficulties. They answered all of my questions and provided additional information for questions I did not think to ask. Highly recommend.
