They were friendly, timely and the plumber that came to my home seems very knowledgeable. I wound up having a very simple fix, however I did inquire about other work and I found them to be very expensive.

They installed a toilet upstairs. The guy was new and he didn't even remove the old chalking before setting in the new toilet so it was crooked, too high off the Floor, and had a giant gap! I can't even believe he thought that was ok. When I called to complain, the lady said she would send the same guy and that he was new! I demanded they send the best person to fix it. She actually argued with me about it until I put my foot down. It's fixed now, but that should never have happened. I used them once before without an issue, but I won't use them ever again.

I received excellent service from this company. The offices called to informed me that my tech would be running late. Once he was complete with his previous job, they called me again to see if the delay was ok.
