Bill responded quickly and did a very thorough job on what proved to be a tricky A/C unit. He was very patient and did an excellent job. He answered any and all questions that I had and I would recommend him.

Bill Granger was amazing. As a fellow veteran he was very conscientious in his work ethic, our time, and even the cost for a full replacement. The work is warranted for a year and the AirTemp unit has a full ten years. Even more amazing is if the unit breaks in the first year, the entire thing is replaced free of charge!!! We have never felt such strong air flow (even when the old one was new) as we experienced last night. Even more amazing was how quickly our home was heated; previously our old unit would run for thirty to forty minutes (longer when the outside temperature drops into the 30 degree or lower range) while this AirTemp ran for between 5 to 10 minutes, maybe and our home was warm. Also the noise level was so low we almost missed the heat turning on (we would have missed it if it weren't for the fact we were actively listening for it to turn on). All in all, Bill Granger provides AWESOME work at a very, very reasonable price. Top notch contractor who we will be recommending to anyone and everyone even remotely thinking about a new heat pump!!! Respectfully, Robert D. Rose Jr., BSW, MEd.

Top notch service, highly recommended. Went with his recommendation, which saved me money. Very happy with the results.

We ended up not getting the Heat Pump since my husband has stage 4 cancer and has in-home Hospice Care. We decided to have our existing furnace repaired instead. Bill has been very considerate, respectful, honest and helpful to us. He is very reasonable in his prices. I recommend him to everyone that I hear needs work done.

Bill and Chris did an excellent job with my complete heat and a/c installation, and did it fast, and at a great price. They know what they are doing and do it very well. Both were very professional, courteous, friendly, prompt, and overall a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!!
