I was having problems with my central air and when I contacted Wilmer he came out right away and fixed the problem. 128 plumbing and heating previously told me I need a new central air system which would cost around $8,000. Wilmer fixed the problem in a few hours and ended up not needing a new system and was so much more reasonable with pricing. I would recommend him to anyone. He now has all my business.

Very Friendly ... explained the problem very clearly

I’m a single mom and I was told beware of some as they could take advantage of you... So I went online and learned a bit about possible issues etc... WR was up front talked ,showed and explained all. I saw the capacitor And could tell from what I learned it blew. He hooked up and it confirmed it. I can’t tell you how comforted I was that I was fairly charged. I told a couple of people and they were amazed. Awful nice guy too... the real deal Treating people fairly will always get you more work... word of mouth is everything.. Can’t thank you enough !

Wil is outstanding. Came in few hours - booked through HomeAdviser - sharp on time. The problem in a very hot attic. He spent there almost 40 min. He found the problem and fixed it. We got our air conditioning back. He also looked at the unit outside, listened to it, and told us it was an old but solid unit., no need to change it. This was pleasant contrast to the previous guy who tried to convince us to change it for a new one after brief glancing at it.

Wil was in the area when I called and came the same day. When I was looking to hire someone and told people that my unit was over 11 years old they were already trying to tell me I would probably need a new unit without even seeing it. Wil looked at it and showed me that it was even older but after a thorough check he said it should have about 3 years left and no need to rush to replace it. I asked him for a quote anyway and he then explained that Mass Save offered up to $1,600 rebate if I was going to replace it. I asked him if he would take a quick look at my heating unit as well and did not charge me extra. I will have him back next year for a maintenance checkup. If I decide to replace it I will hire him to do the job. Prompt and very courteous service.

Wil diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and efficiently. He even called back a few days later to ensure all was well! Cleaned up after the job was done. Price seemed fair to me especially since we were in the middle of a heat wave. He is now my new AC service and repair specialist. Recommend him highly.

Wilmer showed up at shortly before the appointment time of 5:00 pm. He was very knowledgeable and allowed me to observe what he was doing. The compressor needed to have a large capacitor and a switch stack replaced. He had all the needed parts in his truck, so it didn't require an additional visit. He was finished in about an hour. Very pleased with the services provided.

Answered immediately, arrived within the hour, and took the time to explain everything to my husband. We needed a capacitor replaced and the AC charged. Very professional and honest. Can't get better than that.

I highly recommend WR. Wilmer is the owner and the one who did the work. He did great work, explained everything to me, and was very reasonable with his price. He did NOT try to overcharge me in any way - in fact, he explained a few things to be so I could do them myself later (which I asked) to save money. In the past, with other places, I have always felt they were trying to take advantage of me if I did not know enough about the work they did. But Wilmer was very open with everything, completely honest, made me feel very comfortable and earned my trust. If/when I need HVAC help in the future, I will call him again. Thanks, Wilmer!
