Wilmur was very accommodating with my semi emergency. He came same day at 6pm and was very professional and answered all of questions in terms I could understand. Fixed my AC within an hour. Highly recommended.

I’m a single mom and I was told beware of some as they could take advantage of you... So I went online and learned a bit about possible issues etc... WR was up front talked ,showed and explained all. I saw the capacitor And could tell from what I learned it blew. He hooked up and it confirmed it. I can’t tell you how comforted I was that I was fairly charged. I told a couple of people and they were amazed. Awful nice guy too... the real deal Treating people fairly will always get you more work... word of mouth is everything.. Can’t thank you enough !

Wil is outstanding. Came in few hours - booked through HomeAdviser - sharp on time. The problem in a very hot attic. He spent there almost 40 min. He found the problem and fixed it. We got our air conditioning back. He also looked at the unit outside, listened to it, and told us it was an old but solid unit., no need to change it. This was pleasant contrast to the previous guy who tried to convince us to change it for a new one after brief glancing at it.

Wil was in the area when I called and came the same day. When I was looking to hire someone and told people that my unit was over 11 years old they were already trying to tell me I would probably need a new unit without even seeing it. Wil looked at it and showed me that it was even older but after a thorough check he said it should have about 3 years left and no need to rush to replace it. I asked him for a quote anyway and he then explained that Mass Save offered up to $1,600 rebate if I was going to replace it. I asked him if he would take a quick look at my heating unit as well and did not charge me extra. I will have him back next year for a maintenance checkup. If I decide to replace it I will hire him to do the job. Prompt and very courteous service.
