After finding out nobody could put tile over this so-called shower pan he installed I called out someone else that said the whole thing was done incorrectly would not hold water found out he did not pull a permit which you have to for a shower pan he did not call for an inspection. overcharged me to start off with gave me a false master plumber license number which was not his I disputed the last amount I paid to him he took me to court court found in my favor on my counter suit and now I have The department of business and professional regulation looking into his credentials he has falsified using and in turn when he did this Florida was under the state of emergency so his fraudulent working and saying he was licensed falls under the jurisdiction of a third degree felony so I'm still waiting on my money the judge says he owes me back do not use this man All his reviews are paid for they're fake

Austin responded immediately and even came out after hours on the weekend so we werenâ t sitting here all weekend with sewage backing up in our bathrooms. He was clear and fair with his prices. Well Mr. Wright is a one of a kind! He was very attentive from the very start. He fit me in on a last minute emergency. He came through with every word he said, and even told me my worst case scenario, but think God it wasnâ t needed! Thanks for being there in our time of need!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Austin Wright is NOT a licensed plumber and charged me $2,925 for an unnecessary repair that actually made my plumbing issues worse. I am a single mother and am working two jobs to try to save the $4,000 that I need to correct the issue that Wright Trades caused. Beware. He knows just enough about plumbing to seem like he knows what he is doing, but beware. He is a crook.
