Rocco was the best choice and did a phenomenal job replacing the roof on both our main house and garage! We had wind damage on our main house roof, and since Rocco is a certified inspector, he was able to help us provide the right documentation to our home insurance. The roof looks amazing, we continue to get compliments from our neighbors. He sent us lots of pictures he took during the process, which was helpful to see how much work went in. The whole project took about 3 days and they cleaned up very well. He did a walk through with me and there were a few minor touch ups that he was very quick to address completely. For a 2 year period our garage roof was leaking. We had two different contractors work on it about 1 year apart but the leaking kept coming back. Rocco properly diagnosed the problem and instead of just adding on another layer like the previous contractors did, he tackled a complete removal of the previous layers and gave us a finished product that looks great and doesnt leak. Great communication from the beginning. He always answers the phone or calls back promptly and is thorough about answering questions and explaining the process of whats needed in a patient and sincere manner. I would not hesitate to hire W.R. Savini / Rocco in the future. His experience and skill is evident, and Im glad hes our roofer!

Rocco was amazingly helpful and guided us through the entire process of repairing a leaky roof. All issues were very well explained as well as what would be required to fix them. The quote was provided promptly and he kept in touch before the scheduled start date. Pictures of the finished repair were provided at the end.

I bought my home in May 2019 and during the sale transition a roof leak was discovered. I needed immediate service to correct the issue. W.R Savini came right out and helped me with the fix. This year I decided to have a new roof installed and I am very happy with the service. Very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend them! He was honest trustworthy fast even though it was raining he knew rain was getting in my house.

The final price was a small amount higher than the quote and he graciously asked If I would honor that responsibility. (Misquote on product) The quality and workmanship was clearly very good and very professional and I gladly paid the difference as the quality of workmanship was so superior and I could see the quote seemed a little low. I was going to do it myself (Iknow how and have done them before) but his workmanship was so good all I could do is was be thankful. He's definitely on my list of very good contractors and I will surely use him again.

My roof is a commercial flat roof in NH. Rocco provided a detailed quote of roof repairs that needed to be done now (winter), and then those that could be done in a few months (after winter). The initial fixes took care of a leak, the rest waiting until this month and with work now complete, Im very happy with the repairs. Communication was fantastic, quote details were spot on (I was able to verify with a family member in the biz - family member is not licensed in NH), prices were very fair and work was done on time and for exactly what I was quoted. One of the best contractors I have ever dealt with (my house is a full reno job), very professional. I would highly recommend Rocco and his team for any roof repairs or full roof replacement. I would recommend WR Savini Construction & Roofing! I submitted an inquiry for a roof repair and heard from Rocco within 24 hours - showed up next day on time and repaired the issue right then! He went above and beyond what a typical contractor would do. I got an invoice sent to my email with before and after pictures and felt confident that the job was done right the first time.

My vent line was ripped off of my roof with snow. They repaired it the same day they came to look at it. Very friendly. Waiting on a quote for replacement of my front roof.
