Wladimir is very professional and straight forward. He and his co-worker did a beautiful job on putting up a fence that didn t block our view of the land. They were able to complete the project in shorter time than what was expected. I would definitely hire him again!

Everything we did was approved by you before, because we always try to make the customer satisfied. You asked for a fence similar to the old one, and we did it even though the fence was on the ground from the first day we went to your property, we made a better fence with a higher quality and more resistant material. Unfortunately, no one that was built 15 years ago with another manufacturer. We are here if you want us to fix the small details. Thank you, Wladimir Simoes."

I am 86 years old. Have never had a greater bunch of guys working in cold weather for 12 hours to finish my fence. Worked into the evening on a cold day under floodlights to wrap up the job as promised. Even took the time after a long hard day to clean up all debris. Exceptional bunch of guys. Will have them back again for any other projects around my home. I rated them 5 stars but only 4.5 stars showed in review. Should be 10 stars.

He didnt apply for a work permit and I was fined by the Town. Finally got his work inspected and didnt meet code. After many back and forths and a few rushed and improper fixes he disappeared.... I am left with work that needs to be redone and now will cost me dearly.... Avoid at all costs!

We went to the building deparment and did our part to get the permit out and fixed all the specifications to bring up the code, and it was all funded by the company money. It is very rare to come across a reliable and professional builder. I had the great fortune of contracting with WS Builders for rebuilding the porches on my home. Everything was a pleasant surprise. Wladimir Simoes was responsive, listened to everything that was said, and returned rapidly with a proposal. He also presented his insurance certificates, license, and other documents required by the city of Boston in a timely manner. The work began on the day that was promised, and every step along the way was well communicated. I was always able to reach Wladimir for questions and discussions. The result is a porch that was built professionally, inspected and is a great improvement to the house. It is so rare to meet a contractor who shows up on schedule, and produces great work at a reasonable price that I felt compelled to give a great review.

Poor workmanship. Had to have them come back to redo part of the job and it still was not done to our satisfaction. There is no quality control as the owner/boss does not come out to check the work that is done.
