I moved from out of state, didn?t know anyone. He was referred to me and I agreed for him to be hired to fix numerous items. He came to my house and made one fix with two pieces if wood. I gave him the check to obtain the othrtbmaterials. He never returned. $2800 he was paid for materials and labor. He spent the money on himself. He lied to BBB so they wouldn?t help me get the money back to fix the items. He refused a certified demand letter. He has not made any effort to return the money. My option is to contact the SC District Attorneys office if he doesn?t comply. He committed fraud by spending the money on himself and lying to the BBB. Twice. I have proof of everything I say here. Be careful who you hire. I put bathroom remodel because that was the only thing available. He had Crawlspace items, insulation, one bathroom item to fix.

They professional, trustworthy, made sure everything is perfect, and overall I was very satisfied.
