When we are assessing your needs, we investigate all aspects of the job. In addition to requiring a deposit, we deliver all materials needed for quick installations. All workmanship is completed in a Christian-like manner for your total satisfaction. Certified by Pergo and Bruce, we install quality laminate and hardwood floors and carpet. Pergo Floors carry a lifetime guarantee on both materials and labor. As leak repair specialists, we have 20 years of roofing experience, including asphalt shingles, wood shingles, standing seam metal/copper and aluminum, rubber roofs and torch on modified bitumen. We also install all types of flashing on walls and chimneys.

Had interior doors replaced and it took the individual they sent out days to complete and the doors are uneven. He constantly was running out to the "Depot" to do whatever. He would work an hour and then leave. Not pleased....

They moved all my heavy furniture and put it back when they were done. They cleaned up everything and the floors look fantastic. Since doing the floors, they have returned to do some bathroom updates and I'm also very pleased with those. After the first of the year, I plan to have them come in for some kitchen updates.

Jim Wilcox is exceptional. He really saved the day when my tenant called to report a series of roof leaks. Another contractor tried to sell me an expensive roof system that I really didn't need. But Jim gave me a great price on a 10 year roof, and his crews finished the job in only a few days. He even called me months later to check on everything and reminded me of an interior repair my tenant had reported. Wow. Jim and WS Enterprises really go above and beyond. I would hire them again in a flash.

Cabinets Installation
Were hired to finish a cabinet installation that was 80% completed by another contractor who did a poor job. Also fixed a number of mistakes by the other contrator. Very fast, professional, and kept everything clean. Attention to detail and level of experience was very good. Would recommend for cabinet installation and kitchen remodel. Estimate was done by Jim; the cabinet work by son Abe.

Jim not only was the first to contact me with an estimate, which was right in line with the three other respondees' - he actually followed up with me to see if I'd made a decision. Once I did, he repaired my roof the day after I spoke to him. It was a small job - replacing the rubber boot around the plumbing vent, but Jim's level of service guarantees I'll offer him and his company bigger jobs too! It's refreshing not to have to chase someone down!

Cabinets Installation
When Jim came out to give the estimate, he actually remeasured our kitchen to compare with cabinets we had ordered and found that Home Depot had mismeasured our refrigerator, so we had to reorder some cabinets which has put our project on hold. I was impressed with his thoroughness, and his quote came in well below other companies I had contacted. I can't give 5 stars since our job has not yet been completed, but up to this point, I am very impressed.

Jim Wilcox did the 'sales work', his son (Abe) and an assistant actually did the work. First rate organization. The installation went well and I am pleased with the craftmanship and the workers. Would recommend WS Enterprises to anyone needing flooring.

Jim, the contractor and owner, was helpful and courteous. I was on the satisfied with the new kitchen and cabinet countertops installation, though there was sloppy workmanship in a couple of areas, including leaving his trash, which he fixed after drawing them to his attention. Some of Jim's subjects of conversation, especially on politics and inner cultural issues, border on myopia and cultural insensitivity, though I do not believe they are due to mean-spiritedness or prejudice. On a scale of 1 (very poor) and 10 (excellent), I would give Jim an 8.

WS Enterprises is a company that you can trust to give a fair, honest estimate. They are professional and courteous and the quality of the work is first class. The job ran longer than expected, but they charged nothing extra for labor. Will definitely use them again!!
