Wayne was great to work with. He removed carpet from my stairs and replaced with oak stair treads. He did a great job staining the oak to match surrounding trim and my entrance way looks beautiful. He even re-stained the banister and added a new one for me after he had started the project and adjusted his schedule to accomodate. I recommend him to anyone who needs carpentry.

Our WS Flooring experience was fantastic! Wayne Settle paid close attention to all the details for a quality installation. He also took the time necessary trying to locate materials that matched our existing wood flooring. Exact color matched flooring materials were not available, so he took raw wood samples, hand stained the samples with different stains, showed us the results, then we selected the perfect color match. The end result was excellent, and we were extremely satisfied. Outstanding performance Wayne... Thank you!

They are meticulous and even placed commercial felt pads on all of our furniture. They cleaned up each day before leaving and adjusted their schedule to fit our needs. Great Experience

Wayne was great to work with. While it took a little longer than the estimate, the work is meticulous and everyone loves my new floors. The Brazilian Cherry is already beginning to darken with deep red hues. I am already planning to have them come back to install the same flooring in my in-law suite. Great Contractor.

After removing a wall we had a small section of hardwood floor that we needed to have installed to match to the existing hardwood flooring. We originally hired another company to complete this project but halfway through the job they told me they didn't know how to fix the small area, their suggestion was to rip up my entire dining room floors. Not only was Wayne able to finish the job, he came the same day I called and it only took him 3 hours! His work is outstanding and fees are very reasonable. I wish I hired him from the beginning!

Wayne and team did an excellent job of recommending and installing the vinyl plank flooring. He paid particular attention to detail which I appreciated. He offered options for trim and stain color, showed me actual examples and asked me what I liked BEFORE doing the work - which I appreciated. Unlike other flooring companies I contacted, he was the one who came out and did the estimate AND the one who did the work. Can't be to careful with subcontractors who don't actually work for the company. With Wayne, I didn't have to worry about who was showing up or if we would be able to communicate effectively. Very happy with the flooring and very glad I went with WS Flooring.

Wayne is excellent at putting down wood floors and carpet. He took great care of moving my furniture. He takes his time and is a perfectionist. He and his crew offer wonderful rapport with their clients.

Wayne is a seasoned pro in his craft, and a great guy to work with on top of that. Not quite the cheapest but pretty close, and certainly solid value for the price. Knows his business very well. Work-site is very clean at the end of the job. He shows up to do your estimate, makes non-pushy recommendations within your constraints, and does the work himself with his team of 2 others. Recommends materials that work best for your budget. Couldn't imagine a more positive experience, or a better result. I'm already in the process of hiring him for next job-- carpet install next month. I'm convinced he wants nothing more than a fair price and will do an excellent job, so I have no reason to solicit other bids this time.

There is nothing like the guy that installs the floor doing the bid. Wayne, Rick, and Chris were all excellent to work with. The best part was that they were happy to do the work. The floor installation came out excellent even with the house being 40+ years old as nothing in the house is square or level. Wayne worked the tough spots, Chris matched the stain to the tee and Rick and Chris made sure that there were not seems on seems and that there weren't small pieces on small pieces...I would recommend to anyone���nice people Jeff K.

Wayne and his team did an amazing job on our wood floors! He responded to my request for an estimate immediately. During our initial visit, he arrived with several samples and was extremely knowledgeable about the various types of wood that we could use. We ended up purchasing Cinnamon Kempas wood on our own from an online vendor but Wayne was very understanding. His crew arrived on time each day during the week of installation. They moved all of our furniture around as needed to get the job done and also put felt pads on the items to avoid scratching the floors. I have received so many compliments on my floors! Would highly recommend!!!

WS Flooring was an excellent choice, and I would have them back in the future for any carpet or hardwood installs. Wayne had great ideas for our bedrooms and hallway. He and his crew were always on time and delivered on schedule as promised. They all worked harmoniously together, were very careful when moving furniture, and vacuumed as they worked providing a very clean working environment. Wayne was very communicative with us during the installation. They all worked professionally during the install and made us very happy with choosing WS Flooring. If you are picky about contractors, don't hesitate to hire WS Floooring!

I received a quote from a carpet guy from someone outside of service magic and I wasn't pleased with the price or the individual. He was even recommended by a friend no less. I contacted service magic and Wayne called me and was willing to come out on very short notice. He was professional and extremely friendly. He was also very flexible with the timing of my small project and came the next day! He was awesome! Oh and did I mention he charged half the price of my previous quote? I will use him for all my flooring needs. He's not pushy and he's a guy you can trust. I found my flooring guy.
