Excellent professional service! Eric was early, explained the process, and kept me informed during each phase. He also gave helpful tips like when you can tell your smoke detectors need replacing. I was really impressed with the state-of-the-art equipment used to inspect the roof. Awesome! The owner stopped by to answer any questions I had as well. I needed this done is a short timeframe. The report was received the same day. It was very detailed and easy to read. I was very happy with their service and price. Would definitely recommend them.

Buying a home is stressful, especially if itâ s your first time. Wayne and Erik saved me and my family a lot of time and grief with their inspection. They were incredibly thorough and the report was very detailed with photos and a great summery of major issues that would be affecting our home ownership. They even pointed out things that may have become an issue 3-5 years down the road saving us a lot of heartache and money. They are very reasonably priced, thorough and their report comes very quick. We have used them twice now. If youâ re a first time or even a second time or onward buyer, I think theyâ re the best in the business.

Wayne and his employee were so professional. They checked everything! Outlets, HVAC, appliances, garage, crawl, attic, etc. They took pictures of everything they saw and were super friendly and helped us last minute! Would definitely recommend them to any buyer.
