I have never needed an architect but needed this townhouse remodeled to be sold. I was in over my head. Meet Shane and after much discussion realized we are cousins. Now just because we are related does not stop me from keeping our relationship all business. He listened to what I wanted for remodeling and expanded some of my wants & made the design better and am saving me money. We have meet with my contractor and they are both so knowledgeable about construction that I feel so much better about my choices. They work well together.
