Mr Jackson has ZERO handyman/contractor skills. He used partial pieces of wood and it looked like he chewed the cuts with his teeth, definitely not a straight cut. When questioned about his work he was rude and condescending. He made multiple excuses about family emergencies when asked to fix the project and then showed up late at night to ?fix? it. Damaged my yard during his late night fix. If there was a way to leave negative stars I would! DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT MAN FOR ANY JOBS! He sends pics of completed work where you cannot see the details. Look closely at these pictures ?.

The work performed was substandard and failed to meet basic code requirements. Visually, the workmanship was poorly done.Several months later, it was discovered that the drain had not been connected to the drainage pipe at all, leading to further damage and expense.When questioned about these issues, his response was extremely aggressive and confrontational. This experience showed a lack of proper knowledge, skill, and professionalism, and I would not recommend his services!

We hired him to remodel a small bathroom. He took $4,100 and bounced. Among the litany issues/code violations were No escutcheon on the toilet supply line. Improper shut off valve used on toilet supply line. Toilet supply line leaking in Basement. Toilet 3? Sewage line leaking in basement with every flush. It appears they attempted to patch the leak with blue painters tape and some sort of silicone. Partition wall 1? to short, no stud backer for tub and wall flange. Tub skirt bent backwards to reach an improperly aligned stud. Shower walls installed upside down, unable to interlock for water proofing. Toilet tank installed 5? from wall on left, 4.5? on right. Cabinet installed ¾? from the wall so as to avoid cutting and butting the trim. Hideous Door threshold missing. Flooring in the doorway overlapping the flooring of the next room. Broken LVP Flooring Behind the toilet. Damaged living room floor where 2x4 was removed from threshold with a sawzall. Tub drain guts not installed.etc

20/10 DO NOT RECCOMEND. 10,000.00 in siding done completely wrong and not connected correctly. In order to get the siding to stay correctly they have stapled and nailed the siding to my home along with butchering the cuts on the siding. The windows are cut at completely different angles and some of the siding is falling off the owner Tony Jackson and his wife Angela Jackson completely take advantage of home owners who entrust them with their homes. Smoking synthetic drugs on our property was also not part of the contract he failed to follow through with

Received an acceptable quote within hours of making my request. Came out the very next morning and cleared away I'll of my unsightly junk in my carport. I plan to repeat this process in the spring and if they are still in the business, will not hesitate to use these folks again! Great Job.
