We couldn't be happier with the result of our kitchen remodel... pictures of the before and after attached. And it's not just the high-quality work! Their timeliness was impeccable as well. I told Eric (the owner) and Kevin (our project manager) that I had THREE different friends on Facebook complaining about delays and no-shows on their own projects using other companies. Not the case with Win-Win... thanks to a TON of thorough front-end planning, nearly all the labor was completed almost two weeks ahead of schedule! We're so thankful to the Win-Win team, and we HIGHLY recommend their services!

It was a pleasure to work with Eric and his company. From the very beginning, Eric spent many sessions with us revising and revising our ultimate project plan. Often, we would ask for meetings at time slots that were not typical. His patience with OUR interest for details and specific wishes were always top priority . Win -Win's quality control was apparent throughout the project. When issues arose, Eric and his crew stepped up to make it right. After completion of the projection, Win-Win has continued to address the "normal" minor snags that have arisen. We had a wonderful experience with Win-Win Remodeling. They recently remodeled our master bathroom. The scope of work included removal of a shower, jacuzzi tub, water closet, sink countertop, and all tile. We gutted the entire bathroom and started over! Win-Win's entire team is very professional and the process went smoothly. What impressed us most was their communication and willingness to quickly address our questions. Eric and Kevin were in daily contact with us. We received daily updates in the morning on the work to be done and they responded quickly to our questions. We felt very comfortable with the team. The quality of work was second to none. The team of plumbers, painters, tilers, and electrician did a fantastic job and were very respectful and kind. We enjoyed engaging with them daily. Win-Win remodeling recently completed a whole house renovation for me, including remodeling the kitchen and master bath, as well as updating the downstairs living area with new windows, hardwood flooring and a gas fireplace insert. My overall experience with Win-Win was outstanding! From the initial design process to the completion of last minute “punch list” items, Eric and Kevin were wonderful to work with. After the amazing job Win-Win did on our master bathroom, we decided to go directly into the renovation of our hallway bath and half bath. We were not disappointed. We are once again in awe of the amazing transformation. Both bathrooms have gone from being old and outdated to sleek and modern. We cannot believe these are the same bathrooms! Eric, Kevin, Jaime and their wonderful team are miracle workers. Their expert suggestions and guidance made everything come together perfectly! Every person that entered our home was kind and respectful as well as extremely professional. We are so grateful for all that they have done.

We are in awe of the amazing transformation that was done to our bathroom. They were able to do things that we did not even know were an option. Our ugly outdated jacuzzi tub was converted into a large, modern shower. The tiny shower was converted into a linen closet. And finally, a large awkwardly placed window was converted into a window high on the wall with obscure glass that provides both privacy and natural light. Eric, Carolina, Kevin, Jaime and their team of experts did a wonderful job. We are so satisfied with the results that we are going right into the renovation of our second bathroom and half bath

Eric and Carolina make a great team! There were multiple occasions where I do not pull have questions over the weekends or late afternoon and both were in contact constantly! They were very flexible with decisions and at one point Eric did not like the work that was done so he made the tile guy take down what he did and re-do it. I would 100% recommend them to anyone asking about remodel. You want quality and assurance that it is going to be right then it is a little bit more expensive. You pay for quick and easy you will be re-doing it yourself or hiring again in the future. Love these guys !!!!!!
