The work was not completed in the time frame that was stated on the proposal. I had paid the money, and finally had to email him to get a time frame when he would do the work. After I emailed, he came that week, but I still have not received the drawings. I don't know what surveyors are required to do, but only two of the markers were placed by the surveyor. The other two were a pipe and a rebar that he located under the surface. I never knew when he would be here, or when he had been here to do the work. I have since learned he had some extenuating circumstances that slowed the progress of the work.

The survey was completed this morning so I have not received the documentation yet but the survey was done on time and the boundary markers were installed.
