We will give you an estimate for repairs with an eta on parts, if necessary, on the spot. We offer a 90 days warranty on jobs completed with parts. JD did an excellent job fixing my dryer. Came on time and knew exactly what was wrong. Clean and well qualified. Price was very fair. Was a pleasant experience and would hire him again and recommend him very highly.

After a few scheduling snafus, JD arrived to work on a number of issues with our Viking stove. JD replaced a couple of igniters and oven window, which apparently is hard to find for our 16 year old Viking. JD was personable, cost were reasonable, and I'd hire and recommend in a heart beat.

JD McQuade of Wade Appliance Repair was excellent. He knew his stuff. He opened the top of the dryer first to see if the belt was broken which he could have fixed very quickly, but the belt was good. He then opened the whole dryer, took the door and everything dissembled and found the problem right away. It was the fuse he needed to replace. He had the fuse and replaced and put the dryer back to gather and it worked fine. He finished in half an hour. Great job. I would call him for any other home appliance repair.

JD was extremely personable and great to work with. Repaired my elderly mom s refrigerator. He contacted me right away, was prompt and the job was complete in a short time. I was able to handle everything over the phone due to my work schedule. I would highly recommend him!

JD responded very quickly to my inquiry. He was familiar with the problem with my oven, obtained the necessary part and scheduled a repair time. He arrived promptly, replaced the defective part and charged what his original estimate was. Overall, I was very pleased with his service.

Issue: Burners take forever to come on. They just keep clicking and I have to try each one several times before I can get one to light. Customer service was good. It took several calls back and forth to try and figure out the model of the stove top. Service person came out and said that he didn't think anything was wrong with the ignition because it he could hear the clicks. That it true, but it still takes forever to light.
