I am lucky to have found Brian Wade to repair my roof. We bought our house in October and devoted the past 3 months to calling roofers. Many appeared at my house but not one offered a solution. The other roofers stared at my roof, which had 8 posts that previously held a very poorly design and install of an attached lanai cover and appeared incapable of knowing what to do. Our old lanai cover had also been tilted back into the house, forming a V, which caused dry rot and overflow problems with the gutters. The biggest problem was obtaining replacement tiles. Every single roofing guy I spoke to said we have the most expensive Japanese tiles, a dark burgundy, and these tiles are no longer manufactured. Brian Wade said he would find the tiles and he did. Even better than that, he found the tiles in Los Angeles -- what I like to call the "land of people who get things done and do what they say they will do," unlike Honolulu, LOL. Which meant I could count on the tiles arriving on Big Island without drama nor delays. We are extremely happy with Brian's professionalism, attention to detail and beautiful workmanship.
