Mike and his son Shaun responded promptly to our problem with water in our basement. We recently moved into our new townhouse and was greeted with a wet basement after a drenching rain storm. We were not sure about the causes, and Mike quickly discovered our old sub pump had seen better days. we now have a new sub pump and very satisfied with Mike's quick response and professional approach to our problem. We highly recommend Wagner and Sons for all plumbing needs!

Was quick and efficient

Mike Wagner came out very quickly because our sump pump discharge was clogged and I initially thought it would require rodding. Before starting, he said "let's take a look at the tail end of the pipe", where the water terminated to a nearby storm sewer. He quickly assessed that we did not need rodding, and the end of the pipe just needed to be cleared (had gobs of sod, mulch and even some dead frogs in it". He cleared it quickly and only charged me for a trip charge (which we found very reasonable, especially since he came out so quickly). We were very happy with his professionalism, service, and most importantly his honesty. Would recommend to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional plumber. Thanks Mike!

We hired Wagner & Sons to replace an ejector pump in our crawl space. Mike gave me a quote over the phone and answered every question I had. He also took a few calls as we were concerned the old pump had failed prior to the scheduled appointment. He talked me through some troubleshooting tips that got us through the weekend, and was here to do the install on Monday morning. The basin for the pump also needed a new lid â  rather than charge me extra for one, Mike mentioned that I could buy one myself and theyâ  d put it on for me. The work was completed quickly, and they left the work area in good shape and with nothing extra for us to clean up. We are very pleased with the work and would hire Wagner & Sons again based solely on that. The fact that they didnâ  t push us for every last cent (when it would have been very easy to do so) earns extra points from us.

Our water heater went out and I didn’t know who to contact or what to do next. I went on Angie and looked for a company with excellent reviews. I found Wagner & Sons and spoke with Mike. He was very professional and helped me right away. Estimate completed and new water heater was put in appropriately 2-3 hours and project was completed!
