WARNING!!! Im a 69 year old senior citizen in the early stages of Alzheimer's. I found Wahoo Pluming on line and gave them a call to fix a leak under my house. Jim came out and looked at the leak and said it was $1.500 to fix the leak and if i join there club i can save $99.00. He showed me the pictures of under my house and all the pipes. If you look at the pictures there is more the one pipe. I thought he was going to fix several of them. then i found out he only replaced 1 10 inch piece of copper the size of a pencil and it took 40 minutes to fix I called there office and spoke to i guess it was one of the owners he told me that part of the bill was i paid for the plumber from when he left the building then i paid $99.00 for there club to save money and they never told me that it was going to pay it every year. Then they told me in a matter of words i was shit out of luck and they dident have a seniors discount. I paid $1.376.34 for one little 10 inch of pipe that took them 40

Wahoo has always done well for me. Their process is simple, the plumbers always walk me through the reasons for the repairs. They've replace a toilet, patched up a leaky pipe and regraded my main drain line once when I was having issues. Awesome team.

Needed new knobs for both outdoor spigot's. Extremely professional which SO refreshing! Excellent customer service from everyone we interacted with. We will be using them in the future:)

Tim was awesome! He was informative, kind, respectful and got the job done quickly. He showed up right on time and explained all my choices to me, along with prices. They even offer perks for military/first responders. He was very nice to my extremely nosey cat and talkative grandmother as well =D Highly recommend!

Tim did an awesome job! My wife dropped her ring down the drain in the bathtub and Tim was able to fish it out. Very impressed with his willingness to retrieve my wife’s ring after I had almost given up. 10/10.
