His response to my request was rapid and extremely reasonable in cost. Repairs were done very quickly and exactly in line with what was needed. Extremely reasonable cost when compared to two other estimates that ran from $5-6K and $20+K. Both of these estimates were extreme and unnecessary total roof replacement and/or complete roof redesign and replacement.

Very happy with the work. The crew were all friendly and professional. All work done in a timely manor. When the crew was finished with the job they cleaned up, all, if any mess and took it with them.

I was given a price for the job. Then was left with downspouts raw galvanized metal. They claim that is industry standard. I was not told about this until end of job.$410. For less than two hours work and then I had to take downspouts down and match the brown finish on the gutters and paint them. In my opinion they left the job incomplete. They said they were sorry they forgot to tell me. I chose them because they're price seemed good and I thought I would not have to touch them until cleaning leaves.

The workman arrived when he said he would. The problem was immediately identified and the repair was completed right then. The workman also inspected the entire roof and didn't identify any other areas of concern. We felt the price was very reasonable. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely recommend Wait Roofing to others. In addition, they have a lifetime customer in us.
