Terry gave a reasonable quote for dryer duct clean out over the phone and added that it could change if it was more complex than "standard" dryer duct cleaning which I appreciated. He finished his previous job early so called to see if an earlier time suited me. He arrived when he said he would, was very professional, fast and thorough and charged exactly what he quoted. Nice guy and knew what he was doing and he even gave some advice about the A/C ducts and keeping them operating at top efficiency.
