Waldhauer and Son, Inc.

Six months from the first dig date, and still not finished. Subcontractors have sabotaged my property on two different occasions Creating a hazard for flooding into the base of my home. The owner will not return phone calls or emails. Final paint job for the deck incomplete. Pool cage repairs are incomplete. Caulking and sealing from concrete work incomplete. Most contractors disrespect my property. One subcontractor poured pool finish down a French drain rendering it useless. Extremely frustrating experience. Buyer beware. This is not a company you want to do business with.

I have know Roy and Waldhauer and Son for over 4 years. Roy is a real pro and one of the fairest peopols I know. In business for over 40 years and one of the few general contractors in the area, I highly recomment Roy and his team to build your new pool.

I regret hiring this company. Just shy of 1 year of going through this frustrating process I will never do again. There is zero communication from the owner or project manager. They show when they show but are quick to collect their money. Terrible project management. Owner takes no responsibility or pride in his business.

We hired Waldhauer pools to install our pool with a new house we were building. We met on sire to discuss the pool early December 2019, it took until End of January to get a purchase contract. First week of February we signed a document required to submit to get t he pool permit. It then took them almost 5 months to submit the permit. By now the house was already past the stage they said the pool would be built. The permit submitted was also incompetently incomplete. The permit agency had over 20 questions for additional information that should have been known to submit for. We were now into June and we had no permit, much less a pool. They then took a couple of weeks to gather the information to resubmit, and at this time we cancelled the contract. due to incompetence. The builder kept 95% of the down payment we made "for his efforts:" Do not use this company unless you are completely bored and looking for a hassle and throw money away.

This is a great company Roy is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. His crew is fabulous. They are trustworthy, professional, kind and polite people. Norm was so patient with me and his follow up was exceptional. Norm made sure that I understood how everything was supposed to work and took a lot of time and energy, going above and beyond, working with me to ensure I was clear on what I need to do to maintain the pool. This is my first pool and I had no idea how to properly maintain it. I cannot say enough about this company and the exceptional treatment I received. I strongly recommend as this is a true professional.

They were very professional, great job!

He's a reputable builder. They treated me well and are very professional. I would use him again.

I'd used him again. The end product was better than I had hoped for.
