We hired Waldhauer pools to install our pool with a new house we were building. We met on sire to discuss the pool early December 2019, it took until End of January to get a purchase contract. First week of February we signed a document required to submit to get t he pool permit. It then took them almost 5 months to submit the permit. By now the house was already past the stage they said the pool would be built. The permit submitted was also incompetently incomplete. The permit agency had over 20 questions for additional information that should have been known to submit for. We were now into June and we had no permit, much less a pool. They then took a couple of weeks to gather the information to resubmit, and at this time we cancelled the contract. due to incompetence. The builder kept 95% of the down payment we made "for his efforts:" Do not use this company unless you are completely bored and looking for a hassle and throw money away.

This is a great company Roy is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. His crew is fabulous. They are trustworthy, professional, kind and polite people. Norm was so patient with me and his follow up was exceptional. Norm made sure that I understood how everything was supposed to work and took a lot of time and energy, going above and beyond, working with me to ensure I was clear on what I need to do to maintain the pool. This is my first pool and I had no idea how to properly maintain it. I cannot say enough about this company and the exceptional treatment I received. I strongly recommend as this is a true professional.
