Waldraff Land Surveying, owned and operated by Richard F. Waldraff, PLS, provides precision, high accuracy land surveying services to residential, commercial and professional clients in a service range including: the cities of Bethlehem, Allentown and Easton; Northampton County, Lehigh County and Upper Bucks County, Pennsylvania and has been in business since 2004. All services are conducted directly by a Pennsylvania Registered Professional Land Surveyor. Services include boundary retracement and topographic surveys, lot line adjustments, and lot consolidations. We do not do subdivision or land development work.
