Walk In Faith Concrete

Had them lay a slab for a shop. Everything done in one day, slab looks great. Whoever they had come pour concrete decided to clean their cement truck on my front lawn so there was a good chunk of now cured cement just laying on my grass. Walk in fath parked and unloaded their trailer on my lawn, which I did not mind. However, they re-hitched their trailer upon leaving and when leaving, left deep tracks on my lawn since the trailer was heavy and driver did not use 4WD to slowly pull out. Dirt was not 100% dry and now I'm left with a bumpy lawn for when I cut grass and cement where it's not meant to be. 5 stars for the slab, it looks great. 2-3 stars maybe, for cleanliness.

We hired this company to do our driveway and patio. They did a decent job on both. The owner did come to us and tell us that he had underestimated the amount of concrete. We agreed to pay for the extra concrete. The work was done on time and they finished late in the evening. Imagine our surprise when we went out the next day in the sunlight to fully inspect the work to discover they had dumped a large amount of concrete in a corner of our yard on top of some plants. We contacted them immediately and asked them to come and remove the extra concrete. The owner apologized, said they would be out right away and then never showed. We contacted them again, again the apology and nothing. It has been over a year. We still own the home and our daughter is now living in the home. We are in town visiting our daughter and I contacted them two days ago to ask them again to come take care of the problem. The owner apologized yet again, said he would have someone take care of the issue that day or the next. And yet the large pile of concrete still sits in the corner of our yard. So in essence, it seems to us that we paid extra for concrete that they then dumped on our Hardy Hibiscus.

Very punctual !! Honesty and take time to complete work to the best of ability. Great work project done!! Did a phenomenal job.
