Yes, I recommend this pro
Ron is very knowledgeable of construction pratices and processes. Very courteous and professional. He is also very knowledgeablle of the area. My wife and I are from Colorado and needed an inspector that is familer with Missouri. We will definately contact Ron again in the future.

Basement - Remodel
I was satisfied w/the quality of construction, but the finish work was not what I expected. Some construction debris was left here, the doors & windows have some paint on them & some electrical outlets are crooked or don't work. The paint is uneven, you can see seams, I think because the walls weren't primed before painting. Overall, I thought it would look like a new house, that standard of cleanliness, but I have a lot of touch up work to do.

"Very nice couple but, they weren't always on the same page. One spouse wanted turn key, but the husband indicated he would finish the clean up - touch up for a discount."

We were fairly happy with the work. However, we were quoted a specfic time-frame and cost. It turned out the job took alot longer and cost ended up being almost twice what was quoted. We were very diappointed with that.
