BEWARE! He charged me more than he said he would, promised next day results which never happened and was extremely rude to my realtor and I. He even said I hope you enjoy your mold infested house. Very unprofessional. If the survey would of let me I would of given him all zeros!

Shannon was very professional. He uses quality materials and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Shannon Walker is narcissistic, unprofessional, took my money without finishing the job and laughed about it. When I texted to ask about my mold results he replied, What do you need to talk about? I am monstrously busy? Next day he called; I said his text was rude. He shouted at me to call when I was ready to talk about mold & hung up. My son left him a voicemail criticizing his horrible behavior. Then he began texted my son, who he knew did not like him & was not involved in the mold project at all. In texts Shannon was extremely insulting. Days later he texted me ?I no longer want to be involved in helping you..seek help elsewhere.? Ten days later he texted my son ?What a little ***** you are! You were not man enough to meet up you little weasel..Next time do your research so your parents do not get taken to the cleaners! Lol [laughing face emoji]? PLEASE DO AS HE SUGGESTS and DO YOUR RESEARCH so you "do not get taken to the cleaners as well. Read Google, Yelp and HomeAdvisor reviews.

Shannon was very informative every step of the process, and even helped direct me for the next steps to be taken. Shannon remained available to me whenever I had questions and needed clarification. Shannon was by far the quickest part of my process.

Do not hire this company. Shannon Walker came to do some air quality tests on my small condo because we had a little water intrusion from outside. He was nice at first, but things got super weird fast. He did two general air quality tests at first which costed $425. He told me the air quality levels in my unit were toxic and referred me to a friend that does mold remediation at Asbestech, Bryon. He came back to do more tests but wasnâ t able to do tests on the wall with water intrusion because it was a concrete wall, which he didnâ t notice somehow the first time he came. He did a couple tests in areas where I had concern instead. Second set of tests cost $425. He kept trying to get me to expedite the test results, even though I didnâ t want to pay the extra costs and then would say that heâ d just pay the extra amount for me, as if he was doing me a favor. I never asked him to do that. He asked me to review him on Angiâ s list multiple times and sent me links. Incessantly sending me texts about it. He was super aggressive about getting reviews. I never promised him I would give him a review, but once I didnâ t do what he asked he turned on me. Meanwhile, his friend came to look at my condo to do remediation, looked around the room, had no tools to do any analysis and said I had to rip out the entire floor of my unit, which had been replaced only a couple years ago. With pressing, he said it may be the HVAC and so we could start there for a little cheaper. I had other leak detection companies come out and look at the place, they could find no source of mold, but at least had tools to find source of water intrusion, a professional presence and were willing to work with my HOA and insurance. I also had another mold remediation company come out and they said Shannonâ s report did not have the normal recommendations to a remediador it it that would give them guidance to do their job. In the end, I went for low hanging fruit and started with the HVAC remediation with Bryon. He had me bring out a duct company to clean the HVAC and he sprayed around some mist to get rid of spores. He charged me $1200. Ducts cleaning costed $500. Bryon told me to have Shannon come back and do multiple tests to make sure there was no mold in the unit after his â remediationâ of the HVAC. He told me Shannon had to do 5 more tests. When I contacted Shannon about a third visit at Bryonâ s recommendation he was completely rude, told me I needed to pay in advance (even though I paid the other two bills immediately upon service) and treated me like crap. He also sent me photos of a contract by email that he demanded I sign (which I ultimately signed in Microsoft paint and sent back). His rudeness didnâ t end there. He tried to get me to expedite the results for an extra fee again. He was also rude to me by text the day the results came back. Third set of tests cost $900. These two have a weird sketchy scheme going on. When I tried to call Shannon out on the inconsistencies he sent me a text saying this: â Yeah and you're rude and unappreciative of people that try to help you! Most people stick to their word when they say they're going to write a review and do it in a timely manner! I knew what kind of person you were from the beginning! all good... I made a killing on your job! Actually made more than the Remediation Contractor! Next time do your research! ð When you're crushing it like I am, you're one little weak review won't put a dent in anything! go get some mental help, cuz God knows you need it!!!â Watch out for this guy. He will scam you and admit it in writing afterwards. Iâ m report them to consumer protection.

Working with Shannon was a very good experience. He thoroughly explained everything, was very respectful of my home and my time, obviously knows a lot about environmental problems that mold causes and gave me a few options (explaining why/why not for each). Iâ m not happy about having mold in my crawl space, but Iâ m glad to have an expert like Shannon to help walk me through the situation.

Shannon came out the same day I called him and took samples. He expedited the results and called us immediately. Moving into a new home is stressful, and finding suspicious looking mold is even more stressful. Shannon put our minds at ease. He's great.
