    I would not recommend. I'm a recent paying customer with Walker Pest (2021) under their base level coverage. A tenant was seeing Asian Lady Beetles make their way into the home which Walker Pest was being paid to cover. After calling Walker Pest for help, they were unwilling to even come out and look at the property to give recommendations let alone an actual solution. They stated over the phone, there was nothing they could for Asian Lady Beetles. I called up another company the week after, after trying a few ineffective fixes on my end. this companies rep had ideas about how to handle the bugs and was happy to schedule an appointment to come out and see the property. Hopefully this company wasnt just blowing smoke.

    Hello Mr. Bretzmann, We are disappointed to see your review of our company. Of course, we never want to get a one-star rating from any of our customers, but we do feel that your review is completely unwarranted. The general pest service you were paying for does not cover flying insects of any kind. This is clearly explained in your signed agreement and was explained to you by our representatives. During your conversation with our CSR about the ladybugs, you were offered several solutions, including a free inspection with your next quarterly service, which was due at the time you called in anyway. You stated on the phone that you would call back to schedule that service. Instead, you called back 2 weeks later to let us know that you had found a different company and to cancel your service with us. Our entire management team has reviewed your account, listened to the calls, and looked at the agreements on file. We honestly don't know what more we could have done. If we had dropped the ball somewhere, we would definitely want to take ownership of that and make things right for you. We do have recorded calls and copies of your agreement if you would like us to send any of that information to you. We hope your next pest service provider is able to meet your expectations.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
