Walker Roofing

They did a much thorough job than other companyâ  s of inspecting the problem. Not the cheapest but I was pleased with their expediency and there desire to do the job right.

Had my roof done in Feb 2018. Hired an out of state crew to do the roof. The crew stepped on gutters causing damage I had repaired and then got reimbursed. Out of the sate, crew failed to remove wire screen from the dryer vent. After getting that fixed, I was reimbursed again. The crew left sections of the roof that I feel have ripples in them. Be careful when the contractor you hire enlists out of state workers.

Andrew gave me a fair estimate of the needed repair and what the cost would be. After the work was complete they cleaned up and as of yet (only minor rainfall) the roof has not leaked. Andrew said they would come back and fix if the roof still leaked.

These folks did more than expected and I was so pleased with everything . They cleaned up each evening . Showed up very efficient professional and neat looking folks. Would and have recommended these folks to neighbors.

The roofers AJ and Jason were terrific and worked extra long to complete the job in one day.

Very reliable, reputable, trustworthy, friendly, professional and recommend them highly.

Excellent job and great follow up on minor repairs to gutter screening. We were very pleased with their followup to some miscommunication and would recommend them.

My first contact with Walker Roofing was with Andrew, he came to the house, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the process easy and stress free. When installation day came the crew arrived on-time, were neat and clean and professional. Larry, was the crew chief and supervised a great installation. He even went out of his way to assist me when I had made an error that could have slowed the process with the City. Larry and Andrew took over and got the issue resolved and work continued without interruption. Steve, was the delivery person and clean up guy. He was like an old friend and treated the property like his own. Today, I had another issue with the City, and Stephanie came to my rescue. She answered my call immediately and knew just what to do to help me. This really had nothing to do with them, yet she went out of her way to see that I got what I needed for the City. I am building an addition to my house an acting as my own contractor, so I have ran into more than a couple of issues with City Hall. Having a company like Walker roofing on my side as been a most valuable asset and when you have a team like Andrew, Larry, Steve and Stephanie you can relax and know you are in the best care. I plan to do more projects in the future and you can bet I will call them first.

Called back instantly. Sent pictures of before and after, price was excellent (1/3 of other estimates), excellent work! Personable, accommodating, fabulous.

They were outstanding!

They are not quite finished yet, but are doing a fantastic job.

You cannot reach them by phone. All you get is full voicemail box or a voicemail where you can leave a message. They take several days to return the calls. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks for the email they promised to send me detailing the repair - it had been promised the day after the job as I explained this work was needed prior to my closing the sale on the house. As of yet I have still not received it despite giving them TWO valid email addresses and leaving messages.

Awesome customer service. Great to work with and beyond fair pricing. They went above and beyond especially with how busy they (roofing companies) are after the hurricanes.

They were prompt in doing the work, friendly, answered all of my calls. No problems at all. They cleaned up very well and no nails left. Very nice company, probably the best I have ever dealt with!

Work was performed as expected. A few missed days, and the crew finally showed up to do the job a week later, but in their defense, it was just after Hurricane Irma, so they were super busy. the replaced shingles are not as close of a match as I would have hoped, but they work. So far, the roof is not leaking any more. I would use Walker Roofing again if needed.
