****DONT USE WALKER ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION LLC *** Hello all! Iâ m not one to post any sort of subjective material or complaints but this company! deserves no one elseâ s business! I donâ t want anyone to deal with what I did! Iâ ll start by saying this company first replaced my roof (and from my experience and inspections) they did a fantastic job. Finally it came time and insurance finally covered our inside ceiling. This is where everything went completely down hill. In mayfield heights we live in a typical cape cod where our entire upstairs is one room (primary bedroom. Mine) when I originally reached out to Rick PraynerRick Prayner (primary contact) I told him we were selling, I would like to be SCHEDULED asap for that reason and due to the fact that Iâ ll have to find a place for my family to stay (me, husband and 2 kids) while they complete the job since it was the entire second floor. He reached back out after a couple days and a few nudges stating that they could START the job on a Monday. But has another job mid week and would be back FRIDAY to COMPLETE! I agreed and this was the start to an 11 day ordeal. They showed up Monday and did their work. Friday, no one showedâ ¦.. I texted and was finally told they ran into other issues at another job and wonâ t be back till Monday. My husband was at the FD so I came home and slept on the couch and my kids in bed. Monday came and issues that were completely fabricated appeared. FINALLY after couch surfing with two SMALL kids for a week prior and then another 3 days. Thursday they finally came to finish. ONLY! The pictures below will reveal that the job was IN FACT not done! If I hadnâ t texted Rick this is what my ceiling would have looked like! They also didnâ t redo my bathroom yet it was destroyed with dust and nothing was ever clean. They didnâ t leave plastic down for the week they were gone so anything that fell went straight into our carpet (it was a lot) Thankful he returned. Only the rest of the photos are the â completedâ job. When I noticed a discrepancy in billing I reached out to the owner and spoke with him regarding that (he was willing to fix it- we will see) I expressed my absolute disgust with the work done at my home. He told me â it was a hard projectâ and when I asked why I was lied to about specific material I was told â well itâ s already done maâ amâ I am WELL AWARE I should have never cut this company a check until I was satisfied with their work but with it being an insurance job, taking over 2 years to get everything done, my first time ever dealing with a contractor alone, I was unaware and I just donâ t want this company to take advantage or do this to anyone else. I reached out to Joey on Friday afternoon to inspect a possible leak/damage to my roof. He returned the call within 15 minutes and was even able to visit that same day. He arrived on time, inspected the entire roof and provided me with a detailed and professional review of the situation. It turns out that there was no damage to the shingles or infrastructure of the house. He did take time to caulk and seal certain areas that needed it, but advised me that the roof had no major issues. He was even courteous enough to give me an estimated timeline on the shelf life of my existing roof. It was a relief to work with a company that isn't trying to make a quick sell or overcharge when it isn't necessary. That said, I highly recommend Walker Roofing & Construction and will be certain to use them for all my roofing and remodeling needs in the future.

Mr. Walker was prompted and his customer service was excellent. He was honest and did not offer services I didn’t need. I will use him should I have other projects coming up.

This company responded immediately to the initial inquiry for an emergency roof repair when a tree branch went through our roof. He told us he would either make the repair when he was there or would have to come back the next day. He gave us a price for either option. Once he was here he was able to repair the roof without waiting another day / paying more. Granted it was not a mega repair but I was most impressed with the quick response. I cannot say how the price I paid compares to other businesses but I can say it seemed very reasonable for the situation. He very well could have made us wait another day which would have cost us more for the repair. I would call them again if needed.

Prompt quote out within a day, very responsive and stayed in contact, when we had questions. Price was higher than other 3, so contract was awarded to someone else, but Integrity seems like a reliable trustworthy company. Thanks for coming out to quote us.
