Lance Walker, owner of Walker Tradesmen and CO is PHENOMENAL in every way! He is detailed, accurate, measures, uses the level to ensure all measurements are precise! He built an AWESOME dog palace using a CAD Drawing my husband drew, picked up the materials and built a structurally sound 4;x8--; dog house with an enclosed/protected area inside. It also has a front porch - an overhang to protect from the sun. He even sealed the interior floor! His work is definitely the BEST OF THE BEST! I would recommend him hands down. While at my daughters, he also gave an estimate to replace their front door and side windows! We are so thankful we found him on Home Advisor!
