Walker Works delivered and installed a washing machine for me. Did great on delivery and installation EXCEPT that they did not remove shipping screws from the back of machine. Took an extra day off from work the next day for them to come back and remove screws so I could use the machine I'd waited 3 weeks for. They did not show up. Texted me he had a headache. I received a text asking what day the following week they could come back. I could not wait another week for them to come back. Had to hire someone else to finish the job. Totally disappointed.

The crew was very nice and friendly. However, they didn't replace part of a gutter that I had talked about previously with the person who gave us the estimate. They didn't seem to know about that part at all. Also, there is a cable that runs through one of our gutters and they left that sticking out. I had to go up on the roof to try and tuck it back in.
