He is very patient and tries his best to get things done.

He was hired to set up a complicated internet system. He stayed until 1 am to get things done. He did not give up.

My laptop's "automatic repair" was triggered and failed and all the suggested troubleshooting got me nowhere. Winston showed up early the next morning on time (actually, early as I was hoping). He worked continuously to verify the issue and correct it, encountering a few surprises along the way which he deftly handled. When he departed, all was working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Winston revived my dead computer after Apple and Microcenter couldn’t help me, and returned it to me with files recovered and super clean. I was doubtful at first, would’ve liked a bit more communication on status updates, but he did a great job and I would use him again next time my computer fails. Very reasonably priced as well. The contractor, Winston Walker, was very competent. He was willing to "go the extra mile" to get the job done and to meet all the conditions we asked of him. He needed to run a 100' internet cable through a dirty basement, through two crawl spaces then outside, then ending in a room on a slab. He made excellent recommendations that made the job more aesthetically pleasing and efficient. Moreover, he is very friendly and has a very warm personality. I recommend him.

My printer was malfunctioning and Winston was able to fix the problem in a timely manner. He was very cordial and professional in approaching the job to be done. He explained what needed to be done and completed the work with proficiency.

He fixed my email system, and told me that I need to close a window after I was done with it. He showed me how to doHe also helped me install it. I had no idea. He downloaded a security system and cleared my computer of viruses. Then he helped my husband clear up all the apps on his phone. He didn't know what half of them were. It was much better when he finished. He downloaded the security system on my husband's phone too. He answered all our questions and spent some time showing us how to use our devices and our apps. We were very satisfied with his services
