Walker's Home and Commercial Inspections LLC , is a residential and a commercial inspection service. I have been a builder of homes now for over thirty years in California. My reports contain detailed information about each system of the house with high quality pictures and descriptions. We offer same-day inspection reports as well as additional testing options such as Pest reports, Septic inspections, Thermal scanning, Radon Gas testing and Water Quality testing. I charge 50 cents per mile after leaving a 60 mile radius outside Redding CA. There are no other inspectors in the five county radius that have the credentials that I have. MOLD AND AIR QUALITY TESTING STARTS AT $500. IF YOU REQUIRE A LAB TEST, IT IS AN ADDITIONAL $500 DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE BUILDING. LABS TAKE 5 DAYS FOR RESULT EPA APPROVED FOR ENVIRONMENTAL DIAGNOSTIC TESTING AND TREATMENT FOR COVID-19 VIRUS. PRICES VARY ON SQ FOOTAGE. WORKING WITH BIO-SIDE LABORATORY.
