Cannot trust Michael to be here when stated. Michael has no concept of standing by his word. Cannot trust him to be on time and worse than that he has no communication skills. Something comes up he will not communicate reason for his delay. Work was good, my fence replacement was good good quality work, and it looks good, but the frustration of his communication skills would keep me from hiring him again. My job was a week and a half late getting started. Told me a start time, did not show up, and no call as to why. I will be there in the morning, no show, no call as to why? When he did show up his estimate time to finish the job was off, but the work was good. To be honest, I will not hire him again. Just because you can not trust what he states as a time frame, or his inability to communicate with you. You just hope for the best, expect the worse.

He needs to complete the job he said he would do. If he did not know how to fix it, it should have been communicated so I could hire someone who could.

Michael was prompt, his workers were very polite and overall workmanship was excellent. I would recommend Michael highly
