Art is a fantastic inspector and person. He is beyond knowledgeable in his field and does an extremely thorough job, leaving no stone left unturned. His reports are clear, concise and detailed! Art took countless calls from us, never making us feel like a burden. He explained everything in detail and checked in with us along the way. Art used his network of people to check and double check facts and answer any unusual questions that popped up along the way. You can tell that Art is the kind of person who only does what is in his clients best interest. That was more than proven when he squeezed in our inspection in on his birthday! He went above and beyond visiting the home on multiple occasions just to ensure the quality of the sellers word/workmanship. I cant say enough amazing things about him and would recommend him over and over again. Any buyer is lucky to have him as your inspector!

I hired Arthur to do our home inspection. It was our first time having a home inspection and he was more than accommodating to answer all our questions and concerns. He even was accommodating enough to speak to me on the phone after the inspection when I had some questions. I was certainly pleased to say the least.
