This company did a superb job taking care of the mold at my rental property. They were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive. I give them 5 stars and a extremely high recommendation.

Wall2Wall was extremely responsive. When I called the number I found on Google, the home office in Arkansas answered, advising there was a team on site in my town. Within the hour, I had a call from the team leader, Mitch, who appeared at my door at 9:30 the next morning as promised. The two men worked tirelessly and endlessly, remediating the water damage in about half of my home. Mitch and Tony were not only very professional but showed sensitivity in rescuing our many keepsakes and valuables. I feel blessed that I happened upon Wall2Wall for my remediation.

We had water heater leak around 1am, we called wall restoration and the came promptly Ann's started to ther mastery in their hands, Kevin was kind, professional, and did his best to take care of ther issue.

I called Kevin on a Friday afternoon needing him to look at a tenants apartments we thought she had mold. He came out within a few hours looked at it told us it wasnt mold and directed us in the right direction in getting it fixed. He didn't charge us a consult fee everyone else I called wanted upwards of $400.00 just to look at it. Thankfully his service was needed at the time but I will refer Wall 2 Wall Restoration to anyone needing a mold specialist and I will certainly be calling him next time I have a mold problem.

Very professional. Mitch Tillery helped me through out the process the whole entire time and explained everything very clearly and never left me wondering. Very helpful making sure I was getting taken care of and making the whole process super smooth. He also helped me get all parties involved to get the help I needed. I ll recommend them to everyone. I thought it was going to be stressful but it wasn t at all. From beginning to end everything went smooth. I learned a lot from all this. HE TOOK MOISTURE READING WILL AN INSTRUMENT THAT LOOKED LIKE A PHONE, AND LOOKED FOR MOLD. HE DIDN'T FIND ANY EXCEPT IN AN AREA THAT HE COULD NOT GET TO. SO, NOT SURE WHAT HE SAW. SERVICE WAS INFORMATIVE. NO MONEY WAS ASKED FOR. HE REFERRED ME TO OTHER AGENCIES, EPA TO DO SWAB TEST.

Kevin at Wall2Wall was amazing! I m so grateful to him and this company. He came out quickly, talked to me about my options, did a thorough exam of my house and now I feel so much better knowing we re on the right path to getting this resolved. He took his time answering my questions and giving me advice. I will definitely use them for any issues I may have in the future.
