Wallaby is amazing! We tasked Wallaby with replacing about 10 of our windows in our old home built in 1900. They gave us a fair quote, walked us through every little detail, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Casey was extremely communicative throughout the entire process, which we were so grateful for. 1 of the windows came damaged during shipping, and Wallaby was able to install this one temporarily until the new one showed up, which they did free of charge. They allowed us to customize as much as we wanted and gave us suggestions when we had questions about what we should do. Installation on our old home wasn't easy, but they made it seem like it was a breeze. We would recommend Wallaby Windows to anybody who is looking for top quality windows at extremely reasonable prices!

I had eight different window companies tell me they couldn’t do my job for various reasons. The windows were at an angle, they were direct set no frame, the access was too challenging… the excuses went on. Casey took a look and said simply “It’s unique, but we can do it” and proceeded to knock it out of the park. One of the panes was delivered with a broken seal which we didn’t see until a month after install when it fogged up on a cold day, when I told Casey he immediately got on it and had a new unit ordered and replaced it at no cost. Great communication, craftsmanship and warranty. I’d refer him and his company to anyone any day.

Great service and great prices at Wallaby! I had called several companies to get a quote and Casey gave me the best one. Only about half of the other companies I called were able to get a large enough window in the first place. Casey was diligent, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I met a couple people on his team - Angi and Adrian - who were both courteous and skilled professionals. Adrian who got the job done quickly and cleanly.
