He did an adequate job. The carpets needed more work than he gave them, but the price was fair.

Carpets or Rugs Clean at Home
We were getting a house ready to sell and needed the carpet cleaned. He did get stains out of some areas, but on the stairs he didn't. Also the edges of the carpet was not cleaned very well. I ended up getting the spots out of the carpet myself on the stairs.

Chimney did not need cleaning and he only charge a small service call

He came out to check out chimney before cleaning it and said that it didn't need to be cleaned, that it had probably never been used. He only charged us the small service fee to come out and that was all. He was very friendly and professional.
