Walsh Crawl Space and Structural Repair

I can't say enough good things about Walsh Crawl Space! While it's never fun to spend money on a crawlspace, these folks did an excellent job. I contacted 4 companies for evaluations and bids. Instead of tailoring my repairs to their standard solution process, Walsh outlined exactly what was wrong in my crawl space, and how to best repair it. Their approach exactly mirrored two separate recommendations from independent contractors. They showed up on time. Their work was not disruptive to my daily life. Their work crew was polite, efficient, and neat as a pin! I highly recommend them over using the big companies who apply the same approach to every repair. Their price was fair - in the middle of the bids I collected. These are nice folks - very responsive - and very honest!

Walsh Crawl Space has done a tremendous job helping repair the foundation of my 100+ year old house. We've had issues with an extremely difficult inspection department and Walsh has been very helpful during the whole process. I can't recommend them enough as they have worked diligently and communicated everything during every step of the journey.

The team was able to fixed my soft and squeaky floors. They were always polite and responsive, even though my job wasn't that big.

I don't do reviews often. But in this case it is necessary. I am TOTALLY Satisfied with our Foundation Reconstruction!! After a water drain broke in our crawlspace, the floor joists rotted to the point of almost failing. Walsh came out and inspected the damage and gave us a quote, which included things we didn't know we needed until it was explained to us. A BIG thank you to AARON & CORWIN the crew that busted their tail's and did a FANTASTIC job! They answered all our questions, worked without taking brakes and "chit chatting"! I'm old school and I have not seen men work that hard in a long time! I can not say enough good things about them!! I totally recommend Walsh Crawl Space and Structural Repair!!!!

Due to recent weather in my area we experienced 4 inches of rain over a period of time and an 8 hour power outage. I was able to hear the alarm going off under my house letting me know the sump pump was not working during the outage but as soon as the power was restored, i did not hear the alarm anymore. I had the misfortune to have another company go under my house following this event regarding other services and he came out telling me of all the issues he saw with standing water all throughout. I contacted Regional and Tim Barco, with Regional, paid me a timely visit, went under my house, checked out my system, took pictures and took the time to explain to me what he saw. My pump was working properly, as was my dehumidifier and I did not have any standing water under my house. I have complete confidence in Tim and Regional to take care of my needs in this area.
