Our home plans are a combination of floor plans from nationally known designers and our in house drafting department. We will tailor our designs to your needs and design preferences, with the most popular design options. We assist our customers through the entire building process, including financing. We specialize in finding the best loan program for our customers including construction loans, "no down payment" loans, and loans for customers with past credit problems. Poor communication from Project Manager and owner. Signed my contract May, said probably have home constructed by Christmas, still do not have a foundation poured. Their homes look nice, but if you cannot get one built in a reasonable time what is the point. UPDATE 12/27/2019: Our home was destroyed by Hurricane Michael and we were looking for a contractor to build us a home. Our local contractors were overwhelmed by the amount of work in the area, so we went on Home Advisor and they were recommended. We signed our contract on May 19th. Was told we should be in home by Christmas. Was told on numerous occasions that our foundation would be poured the next week. It took until December 9th to pour the foundation. The Owner/ Manager Bill Ladson said he would contact me the following week to give me a time line for continued construction. Never heard from him, texted several times. As of today December 26th have heard nothing. Their work seems to be solid, but they have horrible communication and seem to be in no hurry to help the customer. Every one I have come in contact with seems nice, but nice does not build houses.

They abandoned my job half done and now I am suing them. They do not pay their sub contractors either. Do not hire them. You can reach me at 850-342-1460 if want to talk.
