Horrible experience… never use this contractor… please think twice before getting yourself into this…. Certainly don’t want nobody to experience what I did…. Work was not professional and horrible customer service

I am reviewing Walters Home Improvement as a customer of my business. Walter purchased a discontinued faucet, a part number that was not manufactured with faucet handles. This is indicative of the LH (less handle) in the mpn. It was deeply discounted. Upon discovering his error, he insulted my sales staff unnecessarily. They told him he could return it for a full refund including shipping. His response was the screenshot in this review. This is no way to treat people.

Walters did the job right the first time!! Many years experience in all areas and most important he shows up and gets the job done without a hassle.

Walter came over to assess the roof leak and follow up with me to inspect the location of the leak. It turns out that the roof shingles needed to be resealed, as well as some of the flashing. Walt was straightforward and honest. He also recommends resealing some of my windows, which I had him do for those I could not do myself.

Walter and his Team did an absolutely phenomenal job. This was my familyâ s first big renovation (bathroom remodel) so I was anxious to do it right and do my due diligence. From our first meeting I knew I was in good hands, but still received three quotes to be prudent. I felt Walter was direct, listened to the vision of the space, gave a fare rate and didnâ t sugar coat things. I appreciated Walters honesty and willingness to explain things anytime I had a question. Will definitely use his team again. They did a very modern bathroom renovation and all the partners they use are top notch. Tile work is amazing. I was concerned initially when researching because the company website seemed to have some older pictures, but that was a non issue. Walter has pictures on his phone of new renovations that show a very modern design and reinforce his expertise in the space and knowledge of current trends.

We contracted Walter to remodel our first floor powder room. From start to finish the process went very well. The trades people were first rate. Dry wall repair, painting, plumbing and floor and accessory installation and all were very respectful of our property. We had high expectations for this work and were are not disappointed. Walter also helped with the selection of the new materials. We plan to use again for a full bathroom remodel.

Walter's Home Improvement recently completed additional projects at my home. They installed vinyl siding, windows, and a solar fan. I am so pleased with how my home looks. Walter and his team exceeded my expectations, and I would not hesitate to have them work on future remodeling jobs.

I hired them to replace my roof, tear down and rebuilt my wood deck to current code, do interior and exterior painting, and a few smaller projects. Everything turned out very nice. The roof, deck, newly painted shutters and front door look great. The interior painting is beautiful. Walter was very responsive and worked hard to get the projects scheduled as quickly as possible and make sure I was happy with the result.

I hired them to gut and remodel a bathroom that had a leak. While they definitely are not the cheapest option out there, Walter has a crew of folks who have worked for him for an average of 15 years or more. This basically equates to a high level of quality in the work that they do. I wound up spending a bit more on my new bathroom than I wanted, but that came from the fixtures that I had installed. I am extremely happy with the result and will definitely use them again in the future.

Walter was great! He was on time and gave a reasonable price to do the roof on my shed when no other contractors would even come out. He did a great job and when we found rotting wood underneath, he gave me a good price to repair the other damage and was finished in 2 days. Walter was highly professional When I first contacted him he immediately scheduled an appointment and provided an estimate within 48 hours. Other companies took a week or more or never got back in touch. The work was started in a timely manner and included removal of old tile, vanity, and shower enclosure. Walter's employees then proceeded to install new porcelain tile, a new vanity and top, new plumbing fixtures, new light, new molding and 2 coats of new paint. The employees (Orlando and Steve) were punctual, neat and polite and treated our house like their own. Walter always returned phone calls or text messages in a timely manner There were no hidden costs and the work was completed on time. The project, from start to finish, was completed without any problems or delays. We are extremely happy with all the work that was performed and we highly recommend Walter and his crew. We will certainly contact him for any future home improvement projects.

Walter and his team helped my mother remodel her master bathroom to accommodate my father in a wheelchair. Walter was extremely accessible never failing to answer phone or text throughout the project. He came to understand the remodel and provide a quote the same day we reached out to him. They were able to complete the job within 4 weeks of starting. This far exceeded our expectation of time to complete this job. The workmanship of the job was incredible, and finished project was exactly what my mother wanted; an accessible shower that didn't exactly look accessible. We would definitely use Walter for any home improvement job we have in the future.

He's very honest and will tell you exactly what you need, recommend alternatives, and answered every question plainly and clearly. Price was very reasonable, especially given the excellent work done. His workers are all very pleasant and clean up completely afterward. They're very thorough and exact. Walter or his guys always said what they're working on and accomplishing every day and they always completed it. Bathroom looks great. I will definitely hire Walter for any future project I have and recommend him for any home projects you have.
