Five stars! Bill arrived exactly on time and serviced both of our fireplaces. Our home is almost 20 years old and we have never experienced such high quality of service. In the past, we have had technicians from bigger companies, and never received this level of service. Bill communicated what he was doing through the process and also shared important safety tips no one had previously told us. Bill removed the glass and polished it with glass polish. He explained the negative effect that ammonia-based glass cleaners can have overtime on the glass. Our fireplaces were almost like new when he left. We recommend Wammoth Services. You do not find this level of quality of service anymore. We will only use Wammoth Services going forward and are already booking our annual appointment for next year. Look no further, pick up the phone and call these folks. Five stars!

We have used Wammoth Services for several years now and always had a wonderful experience. I have personally had dealings with Bill, Stacy and Ryan, each one of this is professional, honest, dependable and most of all they appreciate their customers. I had a moment recently where I thought I was going to be disappointed in a "warranty" issue but was I ever wrong. After misunderstanding and email from Stacy she followed up with a phone call to clarify their policy and make sure that I knew exactly what she meant. Bill was here within a few days and was early, respectful, efficient and very professional. The faulty part was replaced and our fireplace is fully operational and our faith in small business restored. We will continue to use Wammoth and only Wammoth for all our fireplace needs. Highly recommend.

The technician was friendly, helpful, and worked neatly, and he answered all of my questions as he cleaned and serviced my vent-free gas fireplace.

The technician was not only on-time, he called me when he was 20 minutes out to assure me he was on the way. He had all of the necessary parts and equipment on his truck and was completely done with the project -- replacing the glass and seals of my gas fireplace -- within 45 minutes. While the old glass was removed, he cleaned the interior of the fireplace and replaced the old embers, neither of which was required by the contract. After putting the new glass and seals in place, he then tested to ensure no carbon monoxide was seeping into the house. The fireplace looks like it is brand new and it functions perfectly. I am totally satisfied with the job, and the price was very reasonable. The technician left details of a service program, but did not pressure me in any way to sign up. I strongly recommend Wammoth Services to anyone needing to have a gas fireplace serviced or repaired.
