They were able to get the physical inspection done very fast. They did not communicate well about missing items for inspection.

Apparently Mr. Guffey has his pager set up to the Service Magic Website so he is able to respond immediately to inquiries. The appraiser he sent was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient in his processing of the appraisal. I received the results of my appraisal at the beginning of business the day after the appraisal. What incredible customer service!

so far, we've just agreed to do the job and I've put Ward in touch with my wife, who is living on the property to be appraised, to amke an appointment for the onsite appraisal. As far as I know, the appraisal has not taken place yet and I have not received any more communication from Ward.
